AI Agents are going to 'disrupt' e-commerce

AI agents were going to ‘disrupt’ e-commerce as we knew it.

But Uber did ~320 million rides and Uber Eats orders. And out of these, only 4 rides were made by AI agents. I’m willing to bet these 4 people are on Twitter.

And with companies slowly shadow banning AI agents and some outright banning them (banks and financial services), things don’t look so rosy.
